Dear Youth Coordinator:
We want to give thanks to God and the State and Meremec Associations for electing us “The Alive Committee” to these positions of service. This ministry is very important and needful in our work. Everyone has given selflessly to the tasks they were given and we look forward to seeing God Bless.
Our theme for our conference this year is “On Misson”. Please pray as you prepare to come and ask your sponsors and students to pray that the theme would be understood and applied. Also please pray that there will be many trust Jesus and that all will sense and respond to HIM as He leads. And finally, please pray that the conference would be all it can be this year for God’s Glory, and that God will direct us “the committee” in our responsibilities as Conference Sponsor.

Please prayerfully consider joining “us” some 400+ sponsors and students from 3 different states, as we meet one another, sing together, seek God’s Word for instruction, and play at the St. Louis City Museum till were almost dead! We hope to see you soon this year at the Airport Hilton in St. Louis.
Please note these important instructions:
- Please park your vehicles in the back parking lot.
- All youth and sponsors, with luggage, will go immediately to the ball room until room keys are received.
- Please send only one adult sponsor to the front desk for registration and keys.
